A garlic, like the one you see, is frequent seasoning used for culinary and medicinal purposes. With a history of human use of over 7,000 years, garlic is native to central Asia before the Reset.

Garlic is easy to grow and can be grown year-round in mild climates. While sexual propagation of garlic is indeed possible, nearly all of the garlic in cultivation is propagated asexually, by planting individual cloves in the ground.

Fresh or crushed garlic yields the sulfur-containing compounds alliin, ajoene, diallyl polysulfides, vinyldithiins, S-allylcysteine, and enzymes, saponins, flavonoids, and Maillard reaction products, which are not sulfur-containing compounds.

Historically, garlic was consumed by ancient soldiers, sailors, rural classes and referred as "cure-all" due to it’s medical properties. Beyond that, because of them Garlic was used as an antiseptic to prevent gangrene during the World Wars of the Past Age.
